About the project

Customer Insights/Customer Experience platform. Meta offers companies and organizations of all sizes diverse and dynamic surveys, questionnaires for efficient analytics. The platform automatically parses data based on keyword libraries in different languages in order to produce dashboards and reports for users.

What we did

• Develop data parser with C++ for maximum parsing speed
• Develop extension for the Quill.js text editor to improve the UI/UX and highlight predetermined keywords related to the questionnaire
• Dividing data files for parallel processing in the background to achieve higher processing speed
