About the project

Expanding internal team by adding 100+ developers to work at the client’s premises

The need

Looking for a large number of developers, testers to join client’s in-house team to develop and maintain hundreds of digital banking apps.
‍

Challenges

All of developers are mid-senior to senior level, good english communication, work onsite in Thailand at least 6 months.
‍

What we did

We acted as the only contact point, pre-qualifying and sending CVs of candidates from different countries to the client. We supported candidates to do Codility testing and arranged online interview. ITOP supported the required procedure to send resources to work in Thailand.

The results

We are trusted by the client and sending more and more resources to support them.
