To augment the Europe-based development force with near-shore resource to support the client's Asian market penetration

Challenges

The client has an existing platform in production and is already serving customers. The incoming team needed to understand the concepts of finance, Java and effectively collaborate with the existing team.

What we did

Our local Fintech consulting partner acts as the cultural & project management interface between the client and the remote team. ITOP acts as the delivery arm of the Singapore-based partner, with the remote team being built around one of the top 10 Java experts in Vietnam.

The results

Client is happy with the result and will be requesting more work from the remote team in the future.
